Due to the immediate digital nature and server-side provisioning costs associated with our live laboratory environments and course assets, all purchases and enrollments on Defence Labs are final.
Once a course has been purchased and access credentials have been provisioned to your student profile, subscriptions or digital course tracks cannot be canceled, exchanged, or transferred to another user account.
We highly recommend reviewing the available course syllabus modules, prerequisites, and layout structures thoroughly before completing your enrollment. If you experience technical disruptions preventing access to your content, please contact our support desk directly for manual remediation.
